Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope that you love all of your purchases from Elizabeth Jane Boutique; however, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Online purchases are eligible for a full refund ONLY IF returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

No return authorization is needed. Simply ship your item(s) to:

Please include the packing slip that is included in the bag with your item(s) and includes all of your purchase information as well as the order number.

Once we receive your return(s), please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be issued.

Please note that items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, dog or cat hair, perfume or cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving of your order. Please email us at info@elizabethjaneboutique.com and forward photos of any damage.
