Free shipping on orders over $75!

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Orders cannot be changed or canceled once your order has shipped. If a mistake is made, you will be charged for us to ship your order a second time.

If your package is lost in transit please email us at info@elizabethjaneboutique.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. Please note that USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. 

Local Pick-Up ONLY available in Lizella, GA. Please contact info@elizabethjaneboutique.com to arrange a date and time for pick-up.
